The city of Salta, like any institution formed and operated by human beings, sometimes is right and others are wrong. It is normal that this happens.
Although municipal mistakes are like the aciertos- of varied types, those that have to do with the use of the words are often perceived both by those who commit such as those who suffer as a peccadillo. And this is really bad happens.
What is not generally noticed is that behind a grammatical or linguistic mistake a wrong action, an evil act of government is hiding. And what is worse: a person who lacks adequate knowledge hides; someone who calls things by a name that does not match that used for the actions taken by the verbs wrong. That is, a person who should not be in government.
Today's example is the reflective vest
