There are institutions whose work is important, but which are sometimes not properly perceived by the citizens. This includes the roundabout Cobourg. As Chairman Duo said the Annual General Meeting, the German Traffic Watch is one of the oldest and largest citizen initiatives in Germany. Since its founding in 1924, it has been committed to road safety. "About half of the 180 members of the Cobourg watchdog volunteer support authorities, schools, kindergartens and the police," the chairman announced. Duo proudly reported that the Cobourg youth group was the "largest Bavarian road patrol".
