On Thursday, on the DN 17, a 32-year-old man from Parma, while driving a car direction, surprised and deadly, a 69-year-old woman without wearing reflective vest he hired to cross the road without being sure.
The driver was tested with the literates, the result being negative. The research continues to determine all the circumstances in which the event took place, within a criminal record drawn up by police officers.
Romanian police recommend pedestrians:
To engage in crossing the public road only through the specially arranged places (on the pedestrian crossing) and the green color of the electric traffic light, where it exists;
To ensure that the crossing can be carried out safely (the vehicles are stopped before the pedestrian marking, especially when the road has several lanes on the way);
Never cross the pedestrian marker, regardless of the emergency at one time;
Not to go on the roadside, and where there is no pavement or paved road (predominantly in the countryside), move on the left side of the road as close as possible to the edge of the road;
In bad weather or dark, wear reflective clothing or reflective materials to be visible;
Not to cross the front or back of the public transport when they are stopped at the station.
