The Pomeranian Traffic Center together with the police organizes an educational campaign aimed at improving the safety of cyclists on the roads. In the first week of July, in a few places in Pomerania, they will give away reflective elements, like reflective vests, reflective tapes to cyclists traveling along paths. In Gdansk, they will appear on Thursday, July 4.
If this police stops us this Thursday, July 4, it does not have to mean that we've scribbled something. On this day, PORD employees and police officers will invite cyclists to talk about safety on bicycle lanes and roads. They will also distribute safety vests and other reflective materials.
The action was inaugurated on Monday, July 1, in Nowy Staw in the Malbork. In the following days, the organizers will appear successively. The event is organized for the first time. Due to the rapidly growing interest in riding on scooters, the action is also directed to those traveling on this two-wheeler.
