The Ministry of Government provided information on the campaign "Hachette ever.", which aims to inform the population about the scope of the new Law No. 7569 that will become effective in a few days. It establishes the obligatory nature of the use of high visibility reflective vests for drivers and passengers.
As reported in a press conference, the Undersecretary of Road Safety, Juan Manuel Chap, the campaign will be until October 15, when the new legislation will come into force. The campaign consists of the delivery of reflective safety vests and information brochures on the scope of the Law.
The undersecretary highlighted the corporate social responsibility assumed by German Chigger, whose firm adhered to the campaign and contributes with the delivery of vests at no cost.
For his part, Chigger said: "We, as the only motorcycle factory of the NEA, trumpet and accompany this initiative that we think is very good". He also commented that the company ordered that all units that are marketed since September, entail the delivery of a vest for free, included in the value of the motorcycle. "In this way, we work with the private sector with the public in pursuit of a common goal," he concluded.
Provincial Law No. 7569 expressly states that "the mandatory use of reflective vests of high visibility green or orange colors is implemented, with two horizontal reflective tapes on the front and back for all motorcycle and motorcycle riders and mopeds. Bicycles as a means of transport that circulates on routes in the territory of the province of Chaco. "
